Absolutely! This course is specifically designed for home cooks looking to elevate their skills. We’ll cover the basics before launching into the big stuff.

It’s 1.5 hours a week, plus homework, so yes, you do need some extra time for this. Want to do this? We’ve scheduled all classes for Sunday morning, so they (hopefully!) don’t mess with your work week (and they set an awesome tone for your whole week.)

No worries. Every class is recorded and you'll have lifetime access to the recordings. You can watch the sessions anytime, pause, rewind, and review as many times as you need.
